Description
The transparent plasters from Rudafilm are waterproof and individually packed sterile. Rudafilm contains a self-adhesive, well-adhering transparent wound film made of strong polyurethane. This allows you to inspect the wound through the dressing. It adheres to the dry edges of the wound, not on the wound itself.
Rudafilm stays in place well even on difficult areas, is elastic, flexible, and stretchable. It is semi-permeable, meaning it does not allow bacteria and liquids to pass through, but it does allow gases.
Application
• Superficial wounds and abrasions
• Suitable for joints such as knee and elbow
• As fixation for cannulas, drains, and catheters
