Yes, that is possible! Paying on account at ESE International is only possible for companies. In the ordering process, you choose to pay on invoice, for which you must provide the Chamber of Commerce and VAT number. You will receive the invoice by e-mail as soon as the order leaves our warehouse. You must pay this invoice within 30 days.
It is always possible that an e-mail ends up in your spam box. Always check this.
It is possible to pay afterwards at ESE International. This can be done by means of payment via an invoice (only for companies) or by using the payment service Klarna. Both options have a payment term of 30 days.
No, it is not possible to pay cash at ESE International. At ESE International you can pay by the following methods:

On both the shopping cart and checkout page you have the option to apply your coupon code to your order.
You will always receive the invoice by e-mail. It is possible that it ends up in the spam box. Always check this. Still no invoice? You can always download it in your account environment.
Returns
You have a 14-day cooling-off period to return the product without giving any reason, starting on the day of receipt of the products. It is not possible to return hygiene products, such as face masks, anti-epidemic kits and protection kits.
At ESE International you can return almost all products. However, this does not apply to hygiene products, such as face masks, anti-epidemic kits and protection kits. The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, in its original packaging.

Yes, for returning products you have to pay the return costs. You can choose the carrier/parcel service yourself. The costs for returning depend on the chosen carrier/parcel service.
After receiving the goods, we will credit the amount of the returned products within 14 days.

Shipping and delivery
We strive to deliver all products within 3 working days if they are in stock. Due to busy times at our delivery partners (DHL and DAS Courier) the delivery time may be longer. You can always follow the current delivery status via the Track & Trace link that you receive by e-mail with your order.
Yes, it is possible to have your order delivered to an address other than the billing address. You can specify this on the checkout page.
It is possible to collect your order from ESE International B.V. You must indicate this on the checkout page with the delivery options. You can then collect your order from:

- Netherlands
For shipments within the Netherlands, delivery costs are free for orders over €150.
For orders under €150, we will charge €7.25.
If you choose to collect, you can collect your order free of charge from our warehouse in Veldhoven.

For Belgium:
For an order, we will charge €9.95 delivery costs.
The above delivery costs are excl. VAT.
Free delivery only applies to orders over €150,- with a delivery within the Netherlands. For orders under €150,- we charge €7.25 excl. VAT in the Netherlands.
Deliveries in Belgium always have a fixed rate of €9.95 excl. VAT.
You can have your products shipped to the Netherlands and Belgium. For deliveries to Germany, Austria or other countries, please contact our customer service.
After placing an order you will receive a Track & Trace link by email. Via this link you can always follow the current status and delivery time of your order.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to select a desired delivery time.
