Hansaplast elastic is a strong elastic wound plaster for the quick and hygienic care of minor injuries. The plaster is very flexible and extremely suitable for moving body parts, such as knees or elbows. The elasticity of Hansaplast elastic extends across the entire width, including over the wound pad. This elasticity is achieved through the use of polyamide threads in combination with a special weaving technique. The wound pad does not stick to the wound. Hansaplast elastic is designed to be air and water-permeable (microporous), which prevents skin problems. Hansaplast elastic is also available in the form of finger strips: elastic, extra-long finger band-aids that are specifically suitable for minor injuries on moving fingers.
