Elastomull is an elastic and skin-friendly fixation bandage made of 42% cotton, 29% viscose, and 29% polyamide. Thanks to its special weaving technique and the use of polyamide, Elastomull is particularly stretchable. Its elasticity does not diminish with prolonged wear. Even complex dressings can be applied quickly and easily. The special wavy weave structure allows Elastomull to adhere well to itself, enabling a limited (1/3 overlap per) winding without renversé techniques. This saves material and time, and creates a reliable, wrinkle-free, and non-slipping fixation. Dressings on moving body parts such as joints remain securely in place with Elastomull and do not slip or crumple. For dressings around fingers and toes, simple circular windings are sufficient.
