Elastomull is a stretchable and skin-friendly fixation bandage made of 42% cotton, 29% viscose, and 29% polyamide. Thanks to the special weaving technique and the use of polyamide, Elastomull is particularly elastic. The elasticity does not diminish with prolonged wear. This allows for quick and easy application of even complicated dressings. Due to its special wavy weave structure, Elastomull adheres well to itself, allowing for limited (1/3 overlap per) winding without the need for renversé techniques. This saves material and time, resulting in reliable, wrinkle-free, and non-shifting fixation.
