Spencer Super universal head immobilizer. Can be used in combination with the scoop stretcher and the backboard. The head immobilizer is made of high-density foam, covered with water-repellent material. The head supports provide stable and comfortable support. They are washable and easy to store.
The straps for immobilizing the head are made of polypropylene.
