Description
Leukoflex is a transparent, waterproof adhesive plaster that is particularly suitable for the temporary waterproof covering of (occlusive) dressings, even for patients with sensitive skin.
Leukoflex is a transparent, flexible adhesive plaster made from polyethylene film. The hypoallergenic adhesive based on polyacrylate ensures reliable and long-lasting adhesion. Leukoflex is waterproof.
The flexible and stretchable material conforms well to body contours, making Leukoflex very suitable for use on moving body parts. Leukoflex also offers reliable fixation for extended periods.
Leukoflex is well tolerated by individuals with sensitive skin. Additionally, it can be removed painlessly and leaves no adhesive residues. Even from hairy skin, the adhesive plaster can be removed almost painlessly if done slowly and in the direction of hair growth.
As Leukoflex does not contain radiation-absorbing components, the adhesive plaster does not need to be removed during radiological examinations or radiation therapies. Furthermore, the plaster does not react chemically with rubbers or plastics.
