Leukoflex is a transparent, waterproof adhesive plaster that is particularly suitable for the temporary waterproof covering of (occlusive) dressings, even for patients with sensitive skin.
Leukoflex is a transparent, flexible adhesive plaster made from polyethylene film. The hypoallergenic adhesive mass of polyacrylate provides reliable and long-lasting adhesion. Leukoflex is waterproof.
The flexible and stretchable material adapts well to body contours, making Leukoflex very suitable for use on moving parts of the body. Leukoflex also offers reliable fixation for extended periods.
Leukoflex is well tolerated by individuals with sensitive skin. Additionally, Leukoflex can be removed painlessly and leaves no adhesive residue. Even from a hairy skin surface, the adhesive plaster can be removed with minimal pain if done slowly and in the direction of hair growth.
Because Leukoflex does not contain radiation-absorbing components, the adhesive plaster does not need to be removed during radiological examinations or radiation therapies. Moreover, the plaster does not undergo chemical reactions with rubbers or plastics.
