Realistic, as the head can be both rotated and extended, but the airway only opens in the correct chin lift position. Inflation of the stomach can be visually monitored as well.
The instructor can simulate airway obstruction using an on/off switch. Realistic pulsation of the brachial artery provides comprehensive and accurate training.
