A fixation bandage must meet many requirements. It must provide reliable, non-moving fixation of the compress but should not overly restrict the patient’s freedom of movement. Elastomull is a skin-friendly, stretchable, white fixation bandage with excellent supportive properties.

Elastomull is a stretchable and skin-friendly fixation bandage made of 42% cotton, 29% viscose, and 29% polyamide. Thanks to the special weaving technique and the use of polyamide, Elastomull is particularly elastic. With prolonged wear, the elasticity does not decrease. Complicated dressings can also be applied quickly and easily as a result. The special wavy weaving structure ensures that Elastomull adheres well to itself, allowing for limited (1/3 overlap per) winding without renversé techniques. This saves material and time and creates a reliable, wrinkle-free, and non-moving fixation. Dressings on moving body parts like joints stay securely in place with Elastomull and do not shift or wrinkle.
