Returns
You have a 14-day cooling-off period to return the product without giving any reason, starting on the day of receipt of the products. It is not possible to return hygiene products, such as face masks, anti-epidemic kits and protection kits.
At ESE International you can return almost all products. However, this does not apply to hygiene products, such as face masks, anti-epidemic kits and protection kits. The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, in its original packaging.

Although we carefully package our products, products can unexpectedly be damaged during the delivery process. Have you received products with damage or are they broken? Please contact our customer service.
You can return unused products using the model form by returning them in their original packaging to:

Yes, for returning products you have to pay the return costs. You can choose the carrier/parcel service yourself. The costs for returning depend on the chosen carrier/parcel service.
After receiving the goods, we will credit the amount of the returned products within 14 days.
