Description
A fixation bandage must meet many requirements. It should provide a reliable, non-slip fixation of the compress, but must not overly restrict the patient’s freedom of movement. Elastomull is a skin-friendly, elastic, white fixation bandage with good supportive properties.

Elastomull is an elastic and skin-friendly fixation bandage made of 42% cotton, 29% viscose, and 29% polyamide. Thanks to the special weaving technique and the use of polyamide, Elastomull is particularly stretchy. With prolonged use, the elasticity does not decrease. Complicated dressings can therefore be applied quickly and easily. The special wave-like weave structure allows Elastomull to stick well to itself, meaning that a limited (1/3 overlap per) winding can suffice without inversion techniques. This saves both material and time, resulting in a reliable, wrinkle-free, and non-slip fixation. Dressings on moving body parts such as joints remain securely in place with Elastomull, without slipping or wrinkling.
