Description
A plastic bag containing a gel that can be used as a hot (microwave-safe) or cold compress. It helps with sprains, muscle tears, bruises, headaches, etc. You can cool it in the freezer, heat it in the microwave, or warm it in hot water.
These cold/hot packs (compresses) are ideal for home use and therapeutic applications. The cold/hot pack should not be applied directly to the skin during use to avoid frostbite or burns (use the included Velcro bandage for this purpose).
