Description
A plastic bag containing a gel that can be used as a hot (also suitable for microwave) and cold compress. Helps with sprains, muscle tears, bruises, headaches, etc. You can cool it in the freezer or heat it in the microwave or in hot water.
These cold/hot packs (compresses) are ideal for home use and therapeutic purposes. The cold/hot pack should not be placed directly on the skin during use due to the risk of frostbite or burns (use the included velcro bandage for this purpose).
