Tubular bandageNobanetz buisverband

tubular bandage is an elastic, round woven bandage. The bandage is intended to provide light compression or to fixate. The major advantages of a tubular bandage: the bandage can be placed continuously over an affected body part and it can easily take on any body shape. No extra tape is needed. Do you have oedema, varicose veins, a burn or have you sprained something? A tubular bandage offers a solution.

Network connection

Like a tubular bandage, a net bandage is made to fix compresses. The two types of bandages have the same beneficial properties and are therefore used for the same purposes. Although a tubular bandage is often made of a woven fabric and a net bandage has a net structure, the two bandages are often sold under the same name.

Non-sterile gauze

Do you want to treat wounds quickly and safely? Then use non-sterile gauze . These small, non-sterile cloths are suitable as a covering material for wounds and can also be used to clean wounds. The material of the gauze compresses is soft and has a high absorbency. Painful dressing changes are a thing of the past.

Sterile compresses

In addition to non-sterile gauze compresses, there are sterile gauze compresses . These compresses can also be used to safely clean and cover wounds. An important difference with non-sterile gauze is that sterile gauze is packaged sterile. This means you are assured of a gauze that is free of germs or other sources of contamination.

Bandage cotton wool

Stop heavy bleeding? Need padding material? Disinfect closed skin? It’s all possible with cotton wool . These synthetic cotton wools, with a high absorbency, are extremely versatile and can be used for various applications. If you don’t want to miss out during a calamity, cotton wool should not be missing from your first aid kit.

Bandages (pressure bandages)

Zwachtel

bandage is an elongated piece of textile that is used as a pressure bandage. A bandage is usually used in the case of edema (fluid retention) or when support is needed for sports injuries. Bandages come in different types and sizes. For example, there are short-stretch bandages , long-stretch bandages and trauma bandages . The latter category is used to stop heavy bleeding.

Quick bandage

quick bandage is, as the name suggests, a bandage that allows you to cover large wounds quickly and easily. This type of bandage consists of a wound pad, gauze and two hydrophilic bandages. The sterile bandage provides compression and can stop the bleeding, so that the wound heals quickly.

Sling

A sling also falls under the category of bandages. This (triangular) cloth is hung around the neck and can stabilize a bruised or broken shoulder, arm, wrist or hand and keep it in the right position. The affected body part is relieved by this, so that the healing process is promoted. In addition to the triangular cloth, you can also use the blue sling.
