Spenco 2nd Skin is primarily used for the treatment of blisters and abrasions. 2nd Skin provides good protection against pressure and friction and protects the wound from dirt. The hydrogel should be covered with a fixation plaster during use. The most commonly used fixation plaster is: Fixomull Stretch 10 m x 10 cm.
