Our complaints department staff will review the complaint and attempt to resolve it to everyone’s satisfaction.
After receiving your complaint, you will receive a confirmation from us.
We will answer your complaint within 14 days of receipt, if it needs more time, we will inform you of this.
If you do not appreciate this, you can always contact the mediation department of Stichting Webshop Keurmerk, to which we are affiliated.
As of 15 February 2016, consumers in the EU can also submit complaints via the European Commission’s ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at (http://ec.europa.eu/odr .) If the complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to file the complaint via the European Union platform.
