What is a HACCP first aid kit?

Is a first aid kit mandatory in the catering industry?
A first aid kit is mandatory within companies, including catering establishments. According to the Working Conditions Act, this must be available within 30 seconds. For employees in the catering and food processing industry, it is also mandatory to use blue, detectable plasters. These adapted bandages can be found in every HACCP first aid kit.
